Good food should be accessible to everybody – it is the foundation of our well-being. But we realize that not everybody can afford the cost, particularly up-front, of a CSA share, and thanks to the Partner Shares Program offered by the FairShare CSA Coalition, we are able to offer CSA shares for 1/2 price to those with limited incomes, as well as process payments for shares using your Quest card, SNAP or food stamp benefits.
Applications for discounted shares through the Partner Shares Program are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, starting in mid-January – so make sure to fill out your application early! Applications can be completed online or mailed to the FairShare office at 303 S. Paterson St., Suite 1B, Madison WI 53703. Further details and eligibility requirements can be found by visiting the FairShare website or contacting them, either by phone (608-226-3000) or email (info@csacoalition.org). Quest/SNAP payments are accepted season-long, even after the Partner Shares funds have been exhausted.
